A Simple Return Policy

Return within 30 days for an exchange, credit card refund or store credit.  Shipping is non-refundable.

Please follow return instructions provided in package.  If there are no specific instructions please return packages to:  Dance Discount Warehouse, 21419 Mays Lake Drive, Crest Hill, Illinois 60403.

Items must be in same condition as shipped.  Tags must be on the item.  Shoes must be in shoebox inside a corrugated container, we cannot honor a return if shipped in shoe box only.

It may take two weeks to process a return.  If you need an immediate exchange we can ship a new order out and when the return is processed we will issue a credit card refund.

If reason for return is our mistake we will gladly pay for shipping charges to get you the right product.  The customer is responsible for shipping on wrong sizes.  

No returns on:  TIGHTS, UNDERGARMENTS, WORN CLOTHES OR SHOES, CUSTOM SIZE AND MADE GARMENTS, POINT SHOES, BOOKS CDs, CLEARANCE ITEMS.  All WATERCOLOUR AND MISS BELLYDANCE items are non-returnable.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is our error.  Fitting information is suggested as a guide and cannot be guaranteed.
